Executive Search Firm Cripps Sears & Partners Celebrates its 35th Anniversary

The company celebrates 35 years of world class executive search and looks ahead to an even more promising future.

London, 23 September 2008 — Executive Search Firm Cripps Sears & Partners* celebrated its 35th Anniversary at the ‘Orangery’ in Kensington Palace.

The firm was joined by over 250 guests who included clients, contacts, candidates and dignitaries, including HRH Prince Michael of Kent together with a number of International ambassadors.  Jim Carlisle from Toronto Canada – and Chairman of the World Search Group**, of which Cripps Sears is a member – was invited to speak alongside Mike Cripps about their vision for the future.

The evening had a Middle-Eastern theme which was infused throughout the event, from the canapés to the entertainment.  Guests enjoyed fantastic spectacles of fire-eating and snake charmers whilst sipping their champagne cocktails.

“We have been looking forward to this day for quite some time and everyone enjoyed themselves thoroughly. We have managed numerous assignments in the Middle East and Sub Sahara, particularly as part of our Energy practice group, hence the party’s theme”,  said Michael Cripps of Cripps Sears & Partners.

Mike spoke to the guests about some of his experiences, successes and challenges over the last 35 years and his optimism for the next 35 years given the firm’s growing, motivated and talented team.  He said, “Cripps Sears can now justifiably claim to be a leader in its chosen sectors, namely: Energy and Infrastructure, as well as the Professional and Advisory Services that support these two sectors.”

He added: “On this special day, we also want to express our sincere appreciation to our loyal staff members, clients and suppliers for their continuing support as partners in our growth”.
