Cripps Sears & Partners builds property and confirms the Russian connection

Cripps Sears & Partners, the international Executive Search firm operating in Energy,  LegalProperty & ConstructionTMT and Banking & Finance sectors, is pleased to announce two pivotal appointments at the firm.  Mark Scollay has been appointed head of the firm’s Property & Construction practice and Lucy Watts, who joined the firm as a researcher two years ago, was earlier this year appointed to lead the firm’s Russia & CIS desk based in London.

Mark Scollay joins CSP after with fifteen years experience of recruiting within the built environment sector, working with both UK and International clients.  He has successfully recruited for Property Development and Investment firms, Construction firms, Property Consultancies and Corporate Real Estate departments.  He will lead the firm’s property practice which has worked for many years with a wide range of organisations that make up the sector, from major international blue-chip corporations, and their advisors, to small businesses in property development, investment, and construction.  Part of Mark’s brief will be to continue the integration of the practice with the firm’s other specialist groups, in particular the  very well with the Legal, and Energypractices, to provide a diverse and robust network across the sectors.

Mark started his career in property recruitment with a FTSE 250 company after graduating from Nottingham University.  Early in his career he successfully developed a new business in the emerging outsourcing/FM and PFI markets, leading him towards a more focused development and construction client base.

Lucy Watts now heads the firm’s Russia & CIS desk based in our London office. She is a senior member of the energy team and an accomplished linguist, with a Masters in Interpreting and Translating in French and Russian from Bath University. Lucy’s experience of living and working in Russia makes her ideally placed to lead the continued development of the firm’s specialist practice groups in the region.  She has worked with clients across the energy, property/construction, banking and legal sectors, assisting them to recruit senior commercial, technical and professional staff to and within the region.
