Cripps Sears & Partners recently attended a strategic meeting in Vienna of Agilium EME. Agilium is an international group of independent, owner-managed retained executive search companies and Cripps Sears’ membership of it is a key means of strengthening our global reach.
The meeting was organised by Brenner & Co, Cripps Sears’ Austrian Agilium partner, and hosted by Alberto Belloni, Agilium’s director for Europe, Middle East and Africa. Cripps Sears was represented by Joe Dubbin, Partner (Finance) and Mark Scollay, Partner (Infrastructure).
At the meeting, which was attended by a total of 18 Agilium partner firms from the EMEA region, the topics discussed were country-specific strategies, executive search trends, shared best practices and resource management. Agilium’s new partner firms from the Middle East, Czech Republic and Hungary also attended.
Once the serious matters were over, local partners Brenner & Co organised a sightseeing trip around the Austrian capital city.
