Top Tier full service international law firm is looking for a corporate finance expert to join their existing energy and market leading Infrastructure group.

The Job

You will be an established lawyer looking to join this first rate dynamic team to capitalise on existing clients relationships and assist in developing new relationships This firm has a market leading client portfolio and provides services to the full range of projects clients, however there is an opportunity to increase the firm’s market presence in the execution of M&A mandates, acting for principals and co-investors, leveraging in particular from the firm’s existing strengths within the energy and infrastructure sectors.
