Job Description

This appointment follows the successful close of the businesses second Infrastructure fund. As one of the leading managers in the sector, our client is both well funded and respected by the market. Their existing portfolio is well balanced and provides an excellent platform from which to deploy the new capital. This senior appointment requires and individual with a strong network and transaction history gained in the transport or utilities sector as a principal investor or in corporate role.

Experience

Origination and Execution of M&A transactions as a principal investor. Preferably gained in a continental European jurisdiction(s) combined with experience of working with management teams and participating in boardroom sessions.

Qualifications

Masters Degree, MBA or professional qualification.
