At Cripps Sears we take our social responsibility very seriously.
Diversity & Equality
CS & P are committed to diversity and equality both internally for our own recruitment processes and externally when it comes to candidate short lists for our clients.
We are aware of the advantages that a diverse workforce brings to a company and feel we have a responsibility to ensure our clients are provided with the highest calibre candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and assess candidates solely upon the basis of competencies and merit in relation to each individual assignment.
Environment
Our company remains committed to minimising the adverse impact our business has on the environment. As a company we are working together with Carbon Offsets Ltd. to offset carbon emissions that we can’t avoid in the course of running our business and encourage all members of staff to take direct action to reduce our impact on the environment.
Charitable work
CS&P have had a long standing association with charities stretching from our support of the Children's Fire and Burn Trust to the latest donations to the European Burn Camp Association. We have established the ABC fund, Action for Burns and Children, an umbrella term for all the charitable work we do, incorporating our current and any future engagements for children's charities.
In addition, our staff regularly take part in fundraising events to support the ABC fund, raising money to help projects working with children affected by burns.
