Cripps Sears has been recruiting within the legal profession since 1986 and maintains an extensive network of senior lawyers, both in private practice and in-house, across the UK and overseas.

Our most significant expertise is in recruiting specialist lawyers working within or with clients in the Energy, Banking, and Real Estate sectors, incorporating construction, projects and project finance.

In addition, our team of experienced consultants and researchers has completed assignments across most practice areas including corporate and commercial, project finance, real estate, private client, employment, tax, shipping, insurance, insolvency and IT/IP.

Our work has led to a number of successful merger introductions and 'team moves'.  Our experience also includes the recruitment of a number of General Counsel for our corporate clients in the energy and infrastructure sectors.

Accountancy

We understand the diverse range of services provided by accountancy firms incorporating audit, tax, corporate finance, forensic accountancy and management consulting.  Our professional services team includes members who have worked for accountancy practices and understand the idiosyncrasies of this sector.  We utilise the knowledge and experience of our colleagues in our energy and infrastructure practice when working on assignments to recruit professionals, at senior manager, director and partner level, working with clients in those sectors.  We also support our energy and infrastructure practices on mandates to recruit senior in-house finance professionals such as FDs and CFOs for our corporate clients.
