Our client is a privately-owned, regional refurbishment contractor servicing the London and South East market with its business split in two thirds public sector and one third private sector contracts. Clients include local authorities, property agencies, property owners and county councils.

As Chairman and executive of several businesses, our client has limited time to devote solely to this business. To continue its success he has decided to appoint a Managing Director to lead the business, effectively being accountable for its profitable growth.
