Our client is a market leading property investment & outsourcing company with solid presence in every major town and city in the UK.

The company was formed to invest in UK real estate leased to high quality tenants, initially by capitalising on the growing trend of UK government and corporate occupiers of selling property portfolios and outsourcing the management of their leasehold estates.

The proposition has several core components - property management,
project/capital investment and facilities/services management.

Historically the business has performed well in the first sector and is currently addressing the way project management/investment operates strategically and operationally.

The FM or Services business has been underperforming, both operationally and commercially and needs revitalising. With the amicable departure of the Head of Services, an opportunity has been created to motivate and/or re-engineer the team.

The suitable candidate will possess  the personality, commercial skills, energy and discipline needed to make the Services business deliver strong financial results and assist in the future growth of the business.

A proven track record as commercial manager with significant experience in leading FM service delivery is vital as are strong decision making-skills. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly develop and maintain professional credibility within the business and externally with clients and the suppliers.
