European Project Manager

Cripps Sears currently represent a successful property development and investment firm, committed to the future of UK and European markets. Working in all sectors of the commercial, mixed use and residential property markets, they are constantly looking for new development opportunities and have recently embarked on two strategic joint ventures to capitalise on the emerging real estate market.

Our Client is looking to appoint an experienced candidate who has a relevant technical background in project management, a balanced, detailed and patient approach to project delivery and is prepared to work closely with suppliers and contractors to help them understand and appreciate the vision of each project. There is a major focus on health and safety which must form part of this person's core training.

The overall purpose of the Project Manager will be to undertake the whole range of property development management activities with full responsibility for leading the project(s) to completion.

The appointee will have full budgetary control and is therefore expected to monitor and evaluate costs and variances closely.
